Step 1: Preheat oven to 425
Step 2: Pat chicken dry and salt and pepper all over
Step 3: Mix butter, garlic, thyme and zest all together in small bowl
Step 4: Rub all over chicken including under the skin
Step 5: Place potatoes and lemon rounds in 9x13 baking dish
Step 6: Add thighs on top and bake for 35 minutes
