Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups oregano, loosely packed
  • 2 cups parsley, loosely packed
  • 3 red chillies, long chopped roughly and seeds in if you like it hot
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped roughly
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • Salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put everything except oil into a food processor or blender and blitz and then slowly add oil.

  • Step 2: Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.

  • Step 3: This will last for a few days in a sealed container in the fridge, no problems.
