  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley ,minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces ricotta
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil
  • Topping:
  • 1 can (28 ounces) chopped tomatoes with basil
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the meatloaf stuff together divide meat in half make a well in bottom

  • Step 2: Fill with cheese mixture

  • Step 3: Top with rest of meat sealing it

  • Step 4: Put tomatoes on top and around meat bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  • Step 5: Top with cheese finish baking

  • Step 6: Let rest 5 minutes
