Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs (freshly made Not from the can!)
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 pounds ground beef (80 % lean)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Butter a loaf pan. (I left out this step).

  • Step 3: Combine all the ingredients, (except the ketchup) together in a large bowl.

  • Step 4: Pat into the loaf pan.

  • Step 5: Top with the ketchup, and bake for 45-55 minutes. (See *Note in the description)
