Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 slices (768 grams) baguette bread (1/2" thick)
  • 12 teaspoons pesto sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion (small sweet onion, cut into 12 very thin slices)
  • 1 peach, whole (medium peach, peeled, sliced into 12 wedges 3/8" wedges)
  • 6 teaspoons shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray one side of the baguette lightly with olive oil

  • Step 2: Place under broiler until golden

  • Step 3: Mix the garlic with the Pesto sauce

  • Step 4: Place a thin slice of onion on each unbaked side

  • Step 5: Cover with a teaspoon of pesto, , spread evenly

  • Step 6: Top with a Peach slice

  • Step 7: Sprinkle on 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan

  • Step 8: Just before serving place in preheated 375F oven for apprx. 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted

  • Step 9: Serve warm
