  • 8 ounce salmon filet
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced thin (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly drizzle with avocado oil.

  • Step 2: Place the fish on the parchment paper, skin side down and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: Mix the mayo and curry powder together and spread over the flesh of the fish with the back of a spoon, top with lemon slices if using.

  • Step 4: Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the flesh flakes when poked with a fork, this will depend on the thickness of the fish.
