Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup butter,melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup spinach ( frozen spinach, cooked and well squeezed)
  • ½ pound bacon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry the bacon

  • Step 2: Letting it crisp without burning.

  • Step 3: Reserve

  • Step 4: In a bowl

  • Step 5: Combine the dry ingredientsf

  • Step 6: Flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, baking soda and pepper.

  • Step 7: In another bowl mix the melted butter with the spinach, egg, milk and grated cheese.

  • Step 8: Join dry and wet ingredients.

  • Step 9: Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the mixture.

  • Step 10: Pour mixture into greased pam sprayed muffin tin

  • Step 11: Bake at 350 ℉ for 35 minutes. Or until done
