Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces ham, shaved (deli ham)
  • 4 ounces pork loin chops (cooked -boneless ,should be 2 ,pounded thin)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/16 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces provolone cheese (shredded )
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1/8 cup potato chips (dill pickle chips)
  • 2 tablespoons red onions,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cubanelle peppers, chopped
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 loaf (16 ounces) French bread

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the mustard, butter ,parsley and garlic

  • Step 2: Cut loaf in half split lengthwise

  • Step 3: Slather Butter mixture inside

  • Step 4: To pork chop put lime juice and sprinkle on oregano lightly

  • Step 5: Layer pork chop

  • Step 6: Cubanelle peppers

  • Step 7: Swiss cheese

  • Step 8: Ham

  • Step 9: Pickles

  • Step 10: Provolone

  • Step 11: Put on onion

  • Step 12: Season

  • Step 13: Put on tomatoes

  • Step 14: Cover with top of loaf

  • Step 15: Oil a skillet

  • Step 16: Heat

  • Step 17: Put in half sandwich

  • Step 18: Oil top

  • Step 19: Put a pan on top of sandwich with a heavy can of tomatoes press down

  • Step 20: Cook until cheese melts and is toasted

  • Step 21: Flip over repeat the pan and can of tomatoes

  • Step 22: Cook the second sandwich
