Step 1: In a saucepan over very low heat add eh chocolate and milk and cook stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Step 2: In a bowl beat egg yolks with the sugar and then stir the egg mixture into the melted chocolate mixture and warm over low heat until slightly thickened.
Step 3: In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until very still. Remove chocolate mixture from heat and fold it into the egg whites.
Step 4: Divide mixture among individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour or until set. Decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
