Step 2: Add to rice mixture.
Step 3: Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cover. Reduce heat to low;
Step 4: Cook 20 minutes and liquid is absorbed.
Step 5: Take out cloves and cinnamon stick
Step 6: Stir in milks and raisins; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 7: Stir in ginger, rind, and salt; cook 5 minutes,
Step 8: Stirring frequently. Add vanilla
Step 9: Pour rice mixture into a bowl or individual bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon
Step 10: Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap. Chill.
