Step 1: In a mixing bowl add the ingredients for Moroccan chicken marinade, mix well and set aside.
Step 2: Clean and dry the chicken pieces.
Step 3: Cut the onion and bell peppers into squares and keep aside.
Step 4: Add the marinade to the vegetable pieces and chicken pieces, mix well to coat everything and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Heat a grilling pan or outdoor grill adding some oil to grilling-pan, if using or greasing grill grates.
Step 6: Thread the chicken pieces and veggies alternating on the skewers.
Step 7: Place the skewers on the hot grill and turn, rotating on sides until the chicken is cooked through.
