Step 1: Preheat oven to 200 C fan-forced.
Step 2: To make marinade mix honey, miso paste, olive oil, soy sauce and the first lot of ginely grated ginger.
Step 3: Score chicken and put in a lined roasting pan and pour over the marinade.
Step 4: Cook turning halfway for, for 40 minutes or until sticky and golden.
Step 5: Meanwhile, put sweet potato n a large saucepan and cover with cold water and bring to the boil over a high heat and cook until tender and then drain and return to the pan.
Step 6: Add butter and the second lot of finely grated ginger and mash until smooth and season to taste.
Step 7: Serve chicken and mash with pan-fried Asian greens, toasted sesame seeds and micro coriander.
