  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 60 gram banana (1/2 frozen banana, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • FOR WHITE LAYER
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 120 gram banana (1 frozen banana,sliced)
  • FOR RED LAYER
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 60 gram banana (1/2 frozen banana, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blue Layer: Blend all blue layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into 8 ounce glasses. Tap the glasses on the countertop to even the layer. Stick glasses into freezer.

  • Step 2: White Layer: Clean out the blender. Put in all the white layer ingredients and blend until smooth. Remove the glasses from the freezer. Pour the blended ingredients into the glasses and tap as before. Stick glasses back into the freezer.

  • Step 3: Red Layer: Clean the blender again. Put in all the red layer ingredients and blend them until they are smooth. Get glasses out of the freezer and add the final, red layer.

  • Step 4: Put glasses back into the freezer until you're ready to serve them.
