Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 4 pounds chicken breasts (with skin,bone in)
  • 1 pound peaches (pitted and sliced)
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup almonds, flaked

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a casserole dish, place chicken in

  • Step 2: Place the sweet potatoes around

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, in a microwave safe measuring cup, combine the butter, honey, rose water, salt cinnamon and pepper. Heat in the microwave until butter has melted, about 30 seconds.

  • Step 4: Go to chicken in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over it.

  • Step 5: Stir to coat the chicken completely

  • Step 6: Put onion on top of chicken then cover

  • Step 7: Place the dish of chicken into the oven.

  • Step 8: Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes

  • Step 9: Uncover, place sliced peaches in and reduce heat to 350 and bake 25 more minutes until chicken is browned and juices run clear

  • Step 10: Last 5 minutes add almonds
