Step 1: Bring the cream and 2 tablespoons butter
Step 2: A simmer in a small saucepan. Add 1 tsp.of the salt, and the nutmeg, continue to simmer until cream is reduced by about one third.
Step 3: Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, Add salt.
Step 4: Add salmon; poach until done
Step 5: Remove then flake the salmon
Step 6: Drop in the noodles to the water.
Step 7: Meanwhile, stir in 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan, spinach then the flaked salmon and 1/3 cup chopped dill into the cream, and remove from heat.
Step 8: Remember, fresh pasta is ready in 2 to 3 minutes at the most.
Step 9: Drain pasta, return it to the hot pan and toss with remaining butter until butter is melted.
Step 10: Top with salmon sauce
Step 11: Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon parm and pepper over top
