  • 4 ounces ham, diced
  • 8 ounces shrimp (raw shrimp, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup peas (frozen green peas)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (minced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix eggs with 2 tablespoons of the chicken broth.

  • Step 2: Coat your wok with a thin layer of oil, adding your eggs to make what will resemble a pancake.

  • Step 3: Flip the eggs once, cook through and remove.

  • Step 4: Let eggs cool slightly before cutting into thin strips.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile

  • Step 6: Add additional oil to pan.

  • Step 7: Cook onions and carrot until onions are translucent.

  • Step 13: The amount will depend on how dry your rice is.

  • Step 14: Fry the rice mixture for several minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Step 16: And green onions

  • Step 17: Plate
