  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (raw, pounded to ¼ inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oil, divided
  • 1 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoons chives, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season the chicken on both sides heavily

  • Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet

  • Step 3: Fry chicken. Remove from pan

  • Step 4: Add the rest of oil. Heat

  • Step 5: Add onions ,brown

  • Step 6: Add garlic and add chicken back in to heat

  • Step 7: Serve topped with onions and chives
