Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 9 ounces tortellini (four cheese)
  • 1/4 pounds fresh shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable)
  • 3 ounces fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces Cremini mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • FOR GARLIC-CREAM SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 garlic clove (large clove, pressed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh grated pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.

  • Step 2: In a large cooking pan, heat up oil and add chopped spinach and sliced mushrooms.

  • Step 3: Saute until spinach cooks down and add minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4: Saute until garlic is fragrant.

  • Step 5: Add broth, stir well.

  • Step 6: Combine flour, heavy cream, Worcestershire, pressed garlic, salt and pepper and stir well. Add to pan

  • Step 7: Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp start to turn pink

  • Step 8: Add tortellini, carefully stir in and cook until shrimp is done.

  • Step 9: Stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano and cook for another minute.

  • Step 10: Serve right away.
