  • 1 cup avocados, chopped
  • 2 limes , juiced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice green beans into 6 inch bites

  • Step 2: Blanch them in boiling water

  • Step 3: Drain in colander

  • Step 4: Chill in cold running water

  • Step 5: Add the juice to the avocados

  • Step 6: Toss the onions and tomatoes with the beans

  • Step 7: Add salt to taste

  • Step 8: Add the avocado mixture

  • Step 9: Toss gently
