Step 1: In a large skillet saute onions with garlic, Italian seasoning and cayenne in 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and oil until golden brown about 20 minutes (use enough oil to coat the bottom of the skillet).
Step 2: Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 3: Spread onions on top of the partially baked pizza crust (add on the oil from the skillet also).
Step 4: Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then top with Parmesan cheese
Step 5: Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6: Serve warm.
