  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate pieces
  • ¾ cup honey-roasted peanuts
  • ¾ cup peanut butter cups ( bite-size chocolate-covered peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl beat butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.

  • Step 3: Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.

  • Step 4: Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla until combined.

  • Step 5: Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour with a wooden spoon.

  • Step 6: Stir in chocolate pieces, peanuts, and chopped peanut butter cups.

  • Step 7: Drop dough by generously rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Step 8: Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • Step 9: Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool.
