Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Beyond Beef Patties (2 "beyond beef" patties, 4 oz each)
  • 4 ounces mashed avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 2 (92 grams) bread buns (burger buns)
  • 2 slices tomato ( slice large tomato, 1/4"thick)
  • 2 (2 ounces) mozzarella cheese slices (2 oz)
  • 3/4 cup baby spinach
  • 2 slices sweet onion

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together avocado, mayo, lemon juice, sour cream, green onions & pepper flakes

  • Step 2: Set the avocado sauce aside

  • Step 3: Fry the patties, medium heat, 4 minutes each side

  • Step 4: Add cheese on top of patties when you flip them

  • Step 5: Cover pan for the last 4minutes

  • Step 6: Place the spinach, tomato & onion on bottom of the bun

  • Step 7: Top with cooked burger

  • Step 8: Spoon on the avocado mixture

  • Step 9: Add bun top

  • Step 10: Serve
