Step 1: Set a grill to low heat and preheat for 10 minutes or so, brush the grill grates oil.
Step 2: Wash and dry peaches.
Step 3: Cut each peach in half and then each half into 4 quarters.
Step 4: Place one basil leaf one side of the peaches.
Step 5: Cut the bacon slices in half.
Step 6: Wrap each peach slice with a slice of bacon. Pin the loose end of the bacon slice with a toothpick.
Step 7: Brush the bacon wrapped peaches lightly with olive oil
Step 8: Grill the peaches until the bacon is cooked, turning so all sides are evenly cooked, about 20 minutes.
Step 9: Transfer to a serving platter and remove toothpicks.
Step 10: Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze.
Step 11: Serve hot or at room temperature.
