Step 1: Chop the onion and green pepper.
Step 2: Drain the canned beans.
Step 3: Cook macaroni in the 4 cups of water al dente and drain
Step 4: In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat.
Step 5: Add onion ,green pepper, garlic ,chili powder ,salt ,pepper and cumin
Step 6: Saute for about 4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 7: Stir in the tomatoes (undrained) breaking them with a spoon.
Step 8: Add kidney beans and corn (already thawed)
Step 9: Bring to a boil.
Step 10: Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 11: Toss in cooked macaroni.
Step 12: Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
