  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 bottles (2 litres) white wine (each bottle (1 liter each bottle of Riesling white wine)
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) wine champagne

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash and hull berries

  • Step 2: Combine brandy, sugar, and wine in large container. Stir to dissolve sugar

  • Step 3: Add berries to wine. Cover and chill overnight

  • Step 4: Chill punch bowl

  • Step 5: To serve place a block of ice in the punch bowl. Pour wine mixture over ice.

  • Step 6: Add champagne and serve immediately
