Step 1: Dice bacon & saute until crisp.
Step 2: Drain on paper towels.
Step 3: Mix bacon, sauerkraut,applesauce, sugar, mustard, wine, and seasoning.
Step 4: Saute seasoned chops on both sides until golden-brown in the oil and bacon grease
Step 5: Place chops on top of bacon mixture in a casserole dish.
Step 6: Cover & bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours
