Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces beef sirloin (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro,minced
  • 1 can (4 ounce) green chilies
  • 1 can (10 ounce) tomatoes (Ro-tel)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup olives (black )
  • 11 ounces dry orzo pasta (dry, 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) corn kernels (vacuum packed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix broth ,pasta, corn ,chilies

  • Step 2: And tomatoes in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling,

  • Step 3: Then reduce heat.

  • Step 4: Cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes,

  • Step 5: Or until pasta is al dente.

  • Step 6: Remove from heat

  • Step 7: And let stand covered until nearly all the liquid is absorbed.

  • Step 8: While pasta is cooking,

  • Step 9: Spray a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray.

  • Step 10: Add oil and heat over medium high heat. Saute sliced beef ,onion and bell pepper in oil for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned to your liking.

  • Step 11: Stir beef and peppers into pasta mixture, then mix in cilantro and black olives,sliced
