Step 1: Beat the slices of beef flat with a rolling pin.(or a meat tenderizer)
Step 2: Place on each slice
Step 3: Some salt, pepper, to taste,1 tablespoons minced onion, 1 tablespoons parsley, a slice of bacon and in the center a hard-boiled egg.
Step 4: Roll up the pieces of meat and bind firmly with butcher's string.
Step 5: Roll in seasoned flour and fry slowly in a skillet with oil
Step 6: Then add a sliced onion and carrot, sprinkle with a little salt,
Step 7: Add broth
Step 8: And stew very gently for about 2 hours, closely covered.
Step 9: Before serving, remove pieces of string and cut the meat rolls across in halves, so that half an egg is in each part.
Step 10: Dish up on mashed potatoes covered with the rest of chopped parsley
Step 11: Serve gravy from the meat separately.
