Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces oysters (shucked,juice saved)
  • 1 pound radish (Korean radish ,sliced into square,peeled)
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, minced (napa)
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried kelp dashima
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (Koreans have soup soy sauce ,if you do too ,yah)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring water to a boil with the radish,napa cabbage,garlic and seaweed .Cook 5 minutes

  • Step 2: Add soy sauce green onions and oysters. Season

  • Step 3: Cook until oysters are just done about 1 minute
