Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed THEN COOKED, then chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (fresh)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh pineapple, hand squeezed out all the moisture then finely diced > SAVE 1-2 TBSP)
  • 1 celery rib (deveined then diced)
  • Fresh parsley (to your own taste)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (or to your own taste)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 424 to 636 grams hoagie bread rolls (4 to 6 top-split rolls, outsides buttered and toasted)
  • 4 to 5 lemon wedges

How to Make
