How to Make

  • Step 1: Place onions in a bowl and cover with water. Add salt and let soak for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2: In a different bowl, mix together mustard, sugar and vinegar.

  • Step 3: Drain soaked onions and add to mustard mixture. Mix together well.

  • Step 4: You can eat immediately, but flavors blend better if rested for 24 hours.
