  • 1/4 pound ham (diced)
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese (diced)
  • 1/2 cup almonds (toasted)
  • 4 eggs (hardboiled)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoons cilantro, minced
  • 6 lettuce leaves (leaf lettuce)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni in boiling salted water and oil for approximately 10 mins.

  • Step 2: Drain, rinse in cold water and allow to cool.

  • Step 4: Serve very cold on a bed of lettuce and garnished as desired.
