Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add the peaches, 4 cups water & sugar.
Step 2: Bring to a boil over medium high heat, reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Carefully pour mixture into a food processor and let stand for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Process until smooth.
Step 5: Pour into a large container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Step 6: Press the puree through a sieve into a large container, reserving the liquid and discarding the solids.
Step 7: Pour peach juice into a pitcher and add lemon juice.
Step 8: Stir until combined.
Step 9: Taste and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to dilute if needed
Step 10: Serve adding ice to glasses and topping with peach lemonade
Step 11: Garnish with a peach wedge if desired.
