The ingredients are:
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) wine (Prosecco)
  • 1/4 cup peppermint ( fresh)
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (with juice)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup rum ( white rum optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add mint to a pitcher and top with ice. Stir briskly to lightly bruise mint

  • Step 2: Add pineapple with juice, pineapple juice, mango juice and rum. Stir to combine

  • Step 3: Add half of the Prosecco

  • Step 4: To serve, fill glasses halfway, then top with Prosecco

  • Step 5: Garnish with mint and pineapple
