  • 1/2 red onion (small onions, very thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced (toasted)
  • FOR DRESSING
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make
