Step 1: Prepare noodles according to packet directions and then drain.
Step 2: Combine sauces and mirin in a small jug and mix well.
Step 3: Heat a lightly oiled, large, non-stick wok over a high heat and add pork and stir-fry for about 8 minutes, or until well-browned.
Step 4: Add ginger, garlic, cabbage and onions to wok with pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add noodles and sauce mixture and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes, or until noodles are hot and serve.
