  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (toasted)
  • 14 ounces dried rice noodles (prepared according to package directions)
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 cup snow peas, cut in half on bias
  • 1 cup carrots (matchstick carrots)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
