  • 1 package (453 grams) angel food cake mix
  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 cups strawberries
  • Icing sugar, for dusting

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare the angle food cake batter as directed on box

  • Step 2: Spread half of the batter evenly over the bottom of a 15x10x1/2 inch jelly roll pan

  • Step 3: Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes

  • Step 4: Repeat with remaining batter

  • Step 5: For each roll, whip 1 cup cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar. Mash 1 cup strawberries with a fork and gently fold into whipped cream.

  • Step 6: Spread filling on cake, reserving half cup for garnish

  • Step 7: Roll carefully

  • Step 8: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

  • Step 9: To serve arrange on serving platter and sift icing sugar over the top, garnish with remaining whipped cream and remaining berries
