Step 1: Prepare the angle food cake batter as directed on box
Step 2: Spread half of the batter evenly over the bottom of a 15x10x1/2 inch jelly roll pan
Step 3: Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes
Step 4: Repeat with remaining batter
Step 5: For each roll, whip 1 cup cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar. Mash 1 cup strawberries with a fork and gently fold into whipped cream.
Step 6: Spread filling on cake, reserving half cup for garnish
Step 7: Roll carefully
Step 8: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Step 9: To serve arrange on serving platter and sift icing sugar over the top, garnish with remaining whipped cream and remaining berries
