  • 1 papaya
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 3 kiwi fruits, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger
  • Vanilla ice cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine syrup ingredients in a medium saucepan.

  • Step 2: Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.

  • Step 4: Let syrup cool, then strain and discard solids.

  • Step 5: Chill until ready to use.
