  • 16 ounces pork chops, trimmed
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml dry sherry or 15 ml water
  • 1 ml ground ginger
  • 2 ml garlic powder
  • 75 ml dry breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat over to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Line baking dish with foil.

  • Step 3: In a bowl, beat egg, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, and garlic powder.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle bread crumb onto a plate.

  • Step 5: Dip chops in egg mixture, then press into breadcrumbs, making sure they are evenly coated on both sides.

  • Step 6: Place chops on foil lined pan and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Step 7: Turn and bake for another 20 minutes.
