  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 5 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Oil, for deep frying

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut wings in half after removing tips.

  • Step 2: Wash and pat dry.
