  • 6 large seedless oranges (1.8 kilograms)
  • 4 large red radishes (200 grams)
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced finely (50 grams)
  • 1 cup nicoise olives, seeded (180 grams)
  • Lemon Dressing:
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon orange flower water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel oranges, removing white pith; slice thinly.

  • Step 2: Slice radishes thinly.
