  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pound crabmeat (pacific)
  • 525 grams peaches, sliced (3 peaches, peeled, pitted)
  • 534 grams pears, chopped (3 pears, cored and coarsely chopped)
  • 1 pound shrimp (pacific)
  • 6 whole (108 grams) strawberries
  • FOR DRESSING
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare dressing: In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Step 2: In a parfait glasses, divide sliced strawberries and top with layer of crabmeat.

  • Step 3: Spoon 1 dressing over.

  • Step 4: Top with a layer of peaches.

  • Step 5: Top with a layer of pears

  • Step 6: Top with a layer of shrimp.

  • Step 7: Garnish each with a whole strawberry and pass remaining dressing at table.
