  • 2 pounds watercress, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups water

  • Step 1: Heat butter

  • Step 2: Add shallots and celery

  • Step 3: Add garlic

  • Step 4: Add potatoes and watercress

  • Step 8: Add milk and cream

  • Step 9: Simmer dont boil 10 more minutes
