  • 6 green onions,chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions,chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 cups potatoes,peeled, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 8 ounces chorizo
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons pepper
  • 16 ounces clam juice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (16 ounces) clams

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter in stockpot

  • Step 2: Add onions, celery and green onion

  • Step 3: Add garlic,paprika and pepper

  • Step 4: Add chorizo

  • Step 5: Add potatoes

  • Step 6: Cook until onions opaque

  • Step 7: Add rest of ingredients ,season to taste

  • Step 8: Simmer for 35 minutes

  • Step 9: Take out bay leaf
