Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 8 ounces portobello mushrooms (sliced)
  • 8 ounces white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup dry marsala wine
  • 8 ounces marscapone cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • FOR FILLING
  • 16 ounces lasagna noodles (cooked, drained)
  • 1 cup basil, minced (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese (sliced)
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauce:

  • Step 2: Heat oil. Add garlic. Add mushrooms .Cook until tender

  • Step 3: Add thyme. Add flour

  • Step 4: Add wine ,add mascarpone

  • Step 5: Finally add cream and cook on low just until thick

  • Step 6: Filling:

  • Step 7: In large Lasagna pan, spray pam

  • Step 8: Layer some sauce on bottom with mushrooms

  • Step 9: Start with a layer of noodles

  • Step 10: We are doing 3 layers

  • Step 11: Lay down some mozzarella add parmesan then dot ricotta

  • Step 12: Sprinkle on a little zest. Put some basil. Then sauce

  • Step 13: Repeat 2 more times end with some cheese on top

  • Step 14: Put in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, covered

  • Step 15: Uncover bake 450 degrees for 10minutes
