Step 1: Cut frozen block of fish into 8 pieces.
Step 2: In large sauce pan, combine all ingredients except fish, and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Add fish and return to a boil.
Step 4: Lower heat and cover, simmering for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove fish pieces to a shallow dish and strain the cooking liquid through a sieve over fish.
Step 6: Refrigerate fish till cold.
Step 7: To serve, place fish in lettuce leaves and serve with Lemon wedges.
