Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 176 grams dry bulgur (1 cup uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped finely
  • 1 cup celery, chopped finely
  • 2 cups parsley (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup peppermint, chopped (fresh)
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped (large cucumber, peeled, seeded)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place bulgur in bottom of a large bowl.

  • Step 2: Mix oil and lemon juice, pour over bulgur.

  • Step 3: Layer vegetable on top of bulgur in the order they are listed.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle salt and pepper over cucumber.

  • Step 5: Let sit 24 hours.

  • Step 6: Before serving, toss salad to mix.
