Step 1: Place tart cases on an oven tray and divide the nuts among cases.
Step 2: Whisk together eggs, sugar and butter in a medium jug until combined and spoon about 1 tbsp mixture into each case.
Step 3: Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until filling is set and pastry is golden.
Step 4: Cool completely on tray.
Step 5: Just before serving, dust with sifted icing sugar.
