  • 200 grams converted rice (cooked, 1 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons French salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 package (12 ounce) frozen shrimp (cooked)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 lettuce leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place cooked rice in a large bowl and sprinkle with the french dressing, toss and chill.

  • Step 2: In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, and dill. Add shrimp and toss, then chill.

  • Step 3: Lina a salad bowl with lettuce and spoon rice into bowl. Place shrimp on top, then surround with cucumber and eggs.
